![]() The CUSTOMER has followed the break-in, maintenance and storage instructions contained in the Owner's Manual and all other instructions shown in the Owner's Manual.The ATV has been fully assembled and set to the MANUFACTURER'S operating specifications by a DEALER prior to DELIVERY to the CUSTOMER.All parts replaced become the property of YAMAHA. Authorize the DEALER to tear down the ATV for diagnostic evaluation should it be required.Īll warranty repairs must be done by a DEALER and final approval of any repairs rests with YAMAHA.Provide proof of warranty coverage to such DEALER (CUSTOMER'S copy of the New Vehicle Information Statement: N.V.I.S.).Give notice to a DEALER of any and all apparent defects immediately upon discovery, and make the entire ATV available at that time for inspection and repair at the DEALER'S place of business.Ensure that the ATV is properly operated, maintained and stored as specified in the Owner's Manual.To obtain repairs under warranty, the CUSTOMER must: Section C - Obtaining Repairs Under Warranty the indication that the subsequent owner has received and read the Owner's Manual and this warranty policy.the complete name and address of the subsequent owner.the complete model and serial number as shown on the original warranty document.This transfer MUST be done by contacting the DEALER who will forward the following information to YAMAHA: The subsequent owner has the responsibility for ensuring that a change of registration is sent to YAMAHA at the time of such transfer of ownership. If you cant find that then count the rods and multiply by 2.52.In this warranty, the term 'ATV' shall refer to a new all-terrain vehicle manufactured by YAMAHA MOTOR COMPANY, LTD. Theres a serial number moulded into the track. Most important before you do anything you really need to verify that it is a 144 and not a 141 so you you can figure your setback correctly. You would then need to setback the center skid mount and rear drop bracket mounts the same distance you moved the front mount location of course. You could then remove your rail extensions as they would be no longer required "Assuming that is an srx mountain with 136 rails from the factory" If you move your front arm mount to where it sitsġ" behind your steering hoop youd have roughly 4.5" setback from your original mount hole. "Assuming its a 144 track as you say and not 141" You can also just set back your existing skid without altering the geometry of the skid and get good results. Best way is to convert rear skid to 2000 and up Mountain Max geometry but it will require buying a few new parts for rear skid and drilling some mounting holes in the rails as well as doing some math. You could do a skid setback which will reduce your attack angle and make it get on the snow better. Sounds like your front arm mount is still in the in the stock location.
